These Official Rules (“Rules”) govern the LaLiga Remitly Football Tournament Promotion (“Competition”) sponsored by LaLiga North America, LLC (“Sponsor”).

1. Competition Description

The Competition is an amateur team football tournament scheduled to take place on June 27, 2026, in which eligible teams compete for the opportunity to win the Grand Prize described below.

Participation in the Competition constitutes each participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Competition.

2. Eligibility

The Competition is open only to:

• Legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of registration; and
• Individuals who are eligible to travel internationally and possess valid travel documentation, including a valid passport.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, LaLiga, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

The Competition is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Team Registration

Entry Method. Teams may enter the Competition by completing the official registration form available on Sponsor’s website. Registration is free of charge.

Entry Period. Registration will remain open until:

• 11:59 p.m. local time on June 25, 2026; or
• tournament capacity is reached, whichever occurs first.

Sponsor reserves the right to close registration early once tournament capacity has been reached.

Team Requirements. Each team must:

• consist of a maximum of ten (10) players and a minimum of eight (8) players;
• designate one team captain as the official contact person; and
• provide accurate and complete registration information for all players.

No player may participate on more than one team. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and reject or disqualify any registration that does not comply with these Rules.

4. Tournament Format

The Competition will take place on June 27, 2026, at GOL SOCCER COMPLEX designated by Sponsor.

The Competition format, including match schedules, locations, tournament structure, tie-breaking procedures, and rules of play, shall be determined solely by Sponsor.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify the tournament schedule or format due to weather, safety concerns, insufficient participation, venue issues, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control. All referee and tournament official decisions are final.

5. Player Conduct

All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a safe, respectful, and sportsmanlike manner at all times. Sponsor may disqualify any individual or team for:

• unsportsmanlike conduct;
• violence or abusive behavior;
• cheating or rule violations;
• use of illegal substances;
• damage to property; or
• conduct that may harm the reputation of Sponsor or the Competition.

Participants must comply with all venue rules and applicable laws.

6. Prize

Grand Prize. The winning team will receive a trip to Spain to attend a LaLiga match selected by LaLiga. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): US$50,000. The prize will include:

• round-trip air transportation;
• hotel accommodations;
• match tickets; and
• certain ground transportation, as determined solely by Sponsor and/or LaLiga.

Prize Conditions.

• Exact travel dates, match selection, accommodations, and itinerary are determined by Sponsor and/or LaLiga.
• All travelers must possess valid travel documents and comply with all travel requirements.
• The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
• Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
• Any costs or expenses not expressly stated as included are the sole responsibility of the winners, including but not limited to meals, taxes, insurance, passports, visas, personal expenses, and incidental charges.

If any member of the winning team is unable or unwilling to travel, Sponsor may substitute an alternate eligible participant or reduce the number of travelers at Sponsor’s discretion.

7. Winner Determination

The winning team will be determined based on tournament results in accordance with the Competition format established by Sponsor on June 27, 2026. Potential winners may be required to:

• complete affidavits of eligibility;
• execute liability/publicity releases; and
• provide proof of identity and eligibility.

Failure to complete required documentation within the specified timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

8. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Competition constitutes each participant’s consent for Sponsor and its designees to use the participant’s name, likeness, voice, image, biographical information, and team name for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without further payment or consideration.

9. Assumption of Risk and Release

Participation in athletic activities involves inherent risks of injury, illness, disability, or death. By participating, each participant knowingly and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation and travel.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, LaLiga, tournament venues, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, injuries, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in the Competition or use of the prize.

10. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, or undelivered registrations;
• technical failures or website malfunctions;
• unauthorized intervention or fraud;
• scheduling disruptions;
• travel cancellations or delays; or
• injuries or damages arising from participation.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Competition if fraud, technical failures, or other causes impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Competition.

11. Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, local, and foreign taxes associated with receipt or use of the prize. Sponsor may issue applicable tax reporting forms as required by law.

12. Privacy

Information collected in connection with the Competition will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Competition shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York.

15. Winner List

To request the name of the winning team, send a written request to llna@laliga.es within sixty (60) days after completion of the Competition.
